How do payments work?

We use Stripe Connect. Each club is its own connected account and receives its own payouts. We never see card data — only Stripe tokens. Payment plans are scheduled charges with automatic retries.

Can I move my data off later?

Do you handle COPPA / children's data?

Yes. Children's data is segregated, photos live in encrypted S3 (not Postgres), and we require parental consent for under-13 accounts. We also do not market to or profile children.
